1. About the SSN
The SSN is a network of national and international organisations that tell stories of 20th and 21st century conflict. Our aim is to share knowledge and skills amongst the many organisations and groups across the UK and further afield, who cover this subject matter in their work. The Network is generously supported by Arts Council England and Art Fund.
2. Joining the SSN
Free to join, the SSN is open to not-for-profit organisations including museums, archives, libraries, universities and colleges and special interest groups. Being a Member of the SSN gives each one of us a stronger collective voice, access to a wealth of expertise and resources, and opportunities to promote our plans.
IWM is an apolitical organisation and, as such, we are unable to support activities that are aligned to a particular party or political group. Members must ensure that their association with the SSN is not used for purposes that may bring IWM unfairly into disrepute.
Full details of copyright issues relating to the site, and information on the use of the Free SSN Resources can be found in the Member Agreement.
