Project Description

Launched in 2015, 'Wigan and Leigh Archives Online' is a database of First World War collections housed at Archives: Wigan and Leigh. Around 50 volunteers helped to index, catalogue, digitise and transcribe these records, which are now available online for users to browse and explore.
