The Impact of the First World War on our Neighbourhood in York

This HLF-funded project worked with a range of organisations, notably schools. Collaboration with university engagement centres included input to a training workshop on responses to conscription. Several hundred were involved as volunteers and participants in the two year project. Learning materials created can be accessed freely via the website. These include publications, YouTube videos and blog posts.
