- Description
- Carved oak dedication board, featuring woodland plants and flowers carved around the central panel which bears the carved, raised inscription. Above the inscription is a carving of a radiant sun in a roundel, with the words Gone Home carved around it. A contemporary newspaper article describing a fund-raising event by the Scouts states that the intention of the fund was to build an annex to the Troop's Scout House in memory of the three Scouts who are commemorated on the plaque.
