Bullet shaped stone family gravestone, with Henry Morris's Dead Man's Penny set above commemoration. On the front of the base a crest with a quotation is attached.

Erected by Ann Johnston in loving memory of her husband Henry Morris.../also their only son Henry severely wounded at Arras on 9th April: Died at Hampstead Military Hospital 24th May 1917, aged 26 years/Both are interred here/.....
