- Description
- WW1: ornately decorated nowy-headed, brass plaque mounted on a oak backboard. The badge of the Royal Naval Reserve is located top centre with a broad border decorated with a line of flowers surrounding the dedication. The dedication is incised with black capital script. WW2: rectangular teak board with the badge of the Severn Division, RNR carved in relief bisecting the top edge. a raised rope border surrounds the board. Dedication is in gold, painted capital script. A brass plaque beneath the memorial states that the board was made from reclaimed decking from HMS Implacable. Another memorial to the fallen of HMS Flying Fox is recorded at 29065.
