Description
Stone obelisk, on irregular stone base, piercing a square arched plinth and an inscribed stone ring. Plinth features bronze, inscribed plaque. Another inscribed, bronze plaque is at the base. Latin cross carved into top of obelisk.

(Ring:) THAT RIGHT MAY PREVAIL OVER MIGHT (Plaque:) TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND TO THE SACRED MEMORY OF ALL THOSE WHOSE NAMES ARE INSCRIBED HEREON. THIS MEMORIAL IS ERECTED BY SUBSCRITPION FROM THE PARISHIONERS OF WYKE REGIS IN REMEMBRANCE OF THOSE WHO ANSWERED THE CALL OF KING AND COUNTRY AND GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1919/ (NAMES)
