- Wall mounted, landscape oriented engraved brass plaque. A single-line continuous border encloses the inscriptions. Border and inscriptions infilled with black enamel paint.

- To the Glory of GOD and in loving memory of / 2nd.. Lieut. ARTHUR JOHN BUCHANAN RICHARDSON / 4th.. Batt. A.P.W.O. (Yorkshire Regt.) / who died at his post in Newcastle on Jan. 4th.. 1915. / Aged 19 Years / AND OF HIS COUSIN / Midshipman JOHN DUNCAN STUBBS, R.N. / of H.M.S. Aboukir. / who lost his life while attempting to save others / on Sept. 22nd.. 1914. Aged 15 Years. / THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY THEIR PARENTS AND RELATIONS / WHOSE FORE-ELDERS WORSHIPPED IN THIS CHURCH.
