Description

A rectangular brass plaque with an inscription in block capitals below the insignia of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers. The inscription is enclosed within an engraved decorative border. The plaque is affixed to the wall with screw fittings at the four corners of the border, each corner being decorated with an engraved cross.
