- Rectangular, nowy-headed tablet with black cast-metal badge of the London Rifle Brigade badge in relief at the top centre above the dedication, which is in incised and black-painted script. Four black circular bosses located at the corners.

AGED 23./ALSO OF/RICHARD HENRY TRIM MOORE/PRIVATE OF THE/LONDON RIFLE BRIGADE/KILLED IN ACTION AT FORTUIN/APRIL 30 1915.
