Description
The stained glass window designed to compliment the surroundings in the Pillared Hall depicts the medals with inscription beneath. A quotation from Pericles is inside a wreath and texts from Queen Victoria and King George are beneath the medals with poppies on either side. In front of the window is a tall bronze sculpture from which a serviceman emerges depicting leadership and selfless courage.
