- White marble tablet with inscription in black lettering commemorating Sydney John Edwin Frederick Buchan, a Gunner in the Royal Field Artillery.

The Illustrations in the pamphlet include one of this and all the other memorials within St Mary's Church Walthamstow, with a plan of the church to show locations of each of them, plus further information on each man commemorated, (eg address, family, circumstances & date of death, where buried or commemorated).
