White marble tablet with inscription in black lettering commemorating Sydney John Edwin Frederick Buchan, a Gunner in the Royal Field Artillery.

AUGUST 1915,/ WAS DRAFTED TO FRANCE MAY 1916,/ AWARDED MILITARY MEDAL MAY 1917,/ KILLED IN ACTION AT ST.
