- Description
- Addition to family gravestone- which is an obelisk surmounted by an urn. The stone also mentions his brother- Matthew of the RE, who died on 26 July 1919 (the stone incorrectly states 16 July but the death certificate says 26) of illness contracted on service, after discharge. He is believed to be buried here and the official cause of death was natural causes. He died at Dunoon although he lived at Woodend Cottage, South Biggar Road, Airdrie
