Description
Bronze figure of a British soldier, surmounting a plinth with a single step base. Figure is striding forward, looking over his right shoulder with a rifle over his left shoulder and a helmet in his right hand and holds a rose. He wears a full pack, with a German helmet on the back and a wreath over the rifle. Plinth has elaborate carvings on the top half, and flush stonework on the lower half. Inscription coloured red engraved in the plinth.
