Description
Brass plaque, bearing a relief stylised rose in each corner. The Birmingham City Police badge is top-centre, flanked by the dates 1939 1945. Beneath is the inscription in white lettering, including three columns of names. At the foot of the plaque is the enamelled coat of arms of Birmingham.
