Rectangular brass plaque in portrait orientation, with etched lettering in black except the dates, the titles of "THOSE WHO FELL" and "THOSE WHO SERVED" , and the epitaph, which are in red. The dedicatory wording is in a single thin lined box, and the names of the served are in 2 columns, those of the fallen are in a single column.
