- Description
- Classical female figure holding a wreath representing peace, on turned circular pillar. The pillar is divided by inscribed lines into four sections in which are the inscriptions and names. This memorial refers to the First World War as 'World's War' and the Second World War as 'The Great War', whereas these terms are usually used the other way around. The names are ordered by Soldiers and Sailors but there is no discernable order to the names within these categories.
