Large wooden board with carved design in centre of light wood depicting a male worker in flat cap and apron holding shovel in one hand and sword in other, with flames to one side, and wing and anchor to other with dates 1939 1945 above. Sloped lower section to support book of remembrance with silver chain (fits with the rest of chain and silver clip,
