- SACRED/ To the Memory of/ COLONEL JOHN GREY/ Late of the Royal Scot's Greys,/ Fondly beloved, and deeply deplored,/ As Hsuband, Father, and Friend./ He died at Sidmouth, Decr. 21st. 1842, Aged 55 Years./ He was a distinguished Officer/ and received a wound at.
