Description
A printed paper sheet produced by St Nathaniel's Parish Church, presumably annually, carrying the names of those 'Fallen Active Service' to date, above five columns of the names of those 'On Active Service' by 1916. At its head are the Union flag and the White Ensign, with crossed staffs, between the title in Gothic script. The printing is in blue, apart from the titles given above, which are in red. Red lines surround the printing. The sheet is now in glass frame, but it is creased, and slightly torn at the top.
