Richly illuminated Roll of Honour with a gold decorative border and a gold celtic cross at top centre. The cross is flanked on each side by 3 regimental badges. The dedication and names are in calligraphy.

Gardner Memorial Church/THEY WHO ARE HERE COMMEMORATED/members of this Church were numbered among those/who at the call of King and Country left all that was/clear to them endured hardness faced danger and finally/passed from the sight of man by the path of duty and/self-sacrifice giving up their own lives that others might/live in freedom/[names in 2 columns]/"These are they that came out of great tribulation"
