- Description
- Cullalo Freestone Doric column supporting octagonal cube on simple base supporting four bronze plaques inscribed by names of fallen; set on three-stepped base. Above base is a shaft of the Doric order, supporting an octagonal cube on four facets of which are carved the burgh arms and the lion rampart. Incised lettering on each plaque. Stone steps leading up to memorial with church spire in background and flower beds surrounding monument.
