Description
Large square stone pillar with square pediment top, supported by square plinth on two-stepped base. At top of pillar on West face is a cross with heart in centre surrounded by carved circle and the word Sacrifice; North face has Saltire with word Endurance; East face shows Shield & Lion Rampart; South face has sword within a wreath and word, Valour. Each face of plinth contains set in section with names of dead of WW1, below on base of plinth are names of 1939-1945 war dead. Stone walkway leading up to memorial surrounded by flower beds.
