- Description
- Stone Obelisk surmounted on a square plinth and two narrower plinths on two-stepped base. Whole is on raised stone rectangular base with steps on either side (Contemporary photographs show this did not originally exist, probably a post WW2 addition). In the foreground is a wide paved area and 4 wooden seats (our references 8526 to 8529). Lettering is raised and black. For the WW2 wall behind see our reference 80787
