- Description
- Bronze tablet originally mounted on an oak board, which is now missing. The central panel bearing the incised names is surrounded by a border of laurel leaves, above which is a bowed ribbon, the end of which emerges beneath the panel carrying a medallion with an indistinct design. A triangular pediment surmounts the whole, with a with a symbolic figure of 'Sorrow' bearing a wreath on the right-hand side of the panel, and a figure of a soldier in full kit on the left-hand side
