Description
Two brass plaques with thins single black border. Inscription is in gothic lettering with occasional rubrication. Associated with the second plaque are the chancel screens, embellished at high level throughout with Carter's initials, 'DWC'.

Plaque 1: To the Glory of God/ and in loving memory of/ their dear and only son/ Donovan Waldegrave Carter/ R. N. A. S. who died July 25, 1917./ The Screen & Choir Stalls/ were placed in 1917 by/ Mr & Mrs A. W. Carter/ of this Parish. Plaque 2: To the Glory of God/ This Ancient Chancel was/ purchased and restored/ to the Parish by/ Mr & Mrs A. W. Carter/ in August 1916./ after having been in lay hands/ since the Reformation
