Description

Rectangular brass plaque on a brown wood backboard , the longer axis vertical , a double line border surmounted by triangular flourishes with oak leaves . At top the badge of Romsey Town , below that the inscription and then the names in one column . All incised and coloured black with the main initial letters in red
