- STONE TABLET IN THE SHAPE OF A CHURCH WINDOW, WALL MOUNTED, AT THE TOP IS AN IMAGE OF THE WARWICKSHIRE STAG EMBLEM, BELOW WHICH IS A FAMILY HERALDIC SHIELD AND RIBBON SCROLL, AND INSCRIBED TEXT, IN GOLD AND BLACK, WITH THE CAPITALS PICKED OUT IN RED.

- IN MEMORY OF THOMAS POWER, ESQUIRE OF POLESWORTH IN THE COUNTY OF WARWICK CAPTAIN IN THE ARMY WHO DIED IN GUERNSEY ON THE 27th OF FEBUARY 1837 AGED 65 YEARS. HIS REMAINS WERE BURIED IN THE FOREST CHURCH IN THAT ISLAND. (FOLLOWED BY A COMMEMORATION TO HIS CONSORT MARY POWER WHO DIED 1850).
