Description
Octagonal viewing pavilion with plaque mounted on external 6 O'Clock wall. Pavilion has a domed roof surmounted by an orb pinnacle. Plaque has raised border. Stone seat is situated below plaque and pavilion is enclosed by low fencing and gate.
