Merrow is to unveil the Stenhousemuir Cricket Club War Memorial next Saturday afternoon. The tablet is being established inside the pavilion, and the committee and officials extend a welcome to any who care to come to the ceremony.

Gordon, 8.D., S.T.M., is to unveil the Stenhousemuir Cricket Club War Memorial, brought up to date by the inclusion of the name of the late Alan Smith, who lost his life serving with the Royal Air Force. The ceremony is timed to take place at four o’clock.
