Description
Rectangular wooden frame with painted vellum roll of honour under glass. Top Centre is St. James holding a book and a long club. To the left is St. George in armour and sword holding banner with red cross. Next to him is St. Andrew with long white beard holding saltire cross and banner with a lion; to right stands young St. Patrick with blue banner bearing harp; to right of St. Patrick is St. David carrying a book and with a ehite banner bearing a red dragon on green field. In Centre is Angel with blue wings, palm leaf in each hand, standing on badge of Buckinghamshire. At foot are two angels with reddish wings and gilt halos, holding scroll. In borders are the flags of the Allies - Union Jack - Russia - Serbia on left; France - Italy - Belgium -Montenegro on right. Glass is held on with gilt knobs. Lettering in Red.
