Description
Window:- On a background of clear diamond glass a red robed figure stands above a gold goblet containing a sun. The dedication is on fawn coloured glass across the lower part of the window. Tablet:- A nowy head containing a badge on a light colour ground with the inscription. All surrounded by a border of gold then black mosaic. All set in a brown mottled marble frame.

Window Banner :- BEHOLD / THE LAMB OF GOD// Window dedication :- GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN / THAN THIS, THAT A MAN LAY / DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS / 1914 – LYALL BRANDRETH – 1918 // Tablet :- The above window is erected / To the Glory of God. & in sacred / and ever beloved memory of / Lyall Brandreth : Major / 2nd battn Royal Fusiliers / one of the 86th (Fusilier) Brigade / 29th Division / formerly Instructor at the / School of Musketry. Hythe / who gave up his life in the / service of God & King, & Country / on the Gallipoli Peninsula. / June. 6th 1915. / also to the dear memory of his / little daughter & only child / Lilias Joyce / who suddenly passed to her / Eternal Rest on New Year’s Day / 1915 / “He giveth His Beloved sleep”.
