- Description
- Rectangular wooden frame with decorative etched border. Roll of honour under glass. Centre top of roll has Scout emblem with round emblems in each corner. Sides of Roll have curling leaves with emblem in middle and bottom. Centre of Roll has what looks like tall pillar with ribbon at top showing 1939 1945. Capital letters are deep black with other lettering in black.
