  • Northampton Chronicle and Echo - Thursday 01 November 1923 & Northampton Mercury - Friday 02 November 1923 RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL The Council was asked whether they would have any objection to the village war memorial at Willen being erected on the village green. — The Highways Committee reported that as far as they were concerned there was no objection, and the Council agreed with this.
