- Addition to family gravestone, which is a red granite pillar surmounted by an urn (the left hand memorial in the image)
- Inscription
- In Loving memory of HUGH MACKAY, Aird, Torrisdale, died 2nd April 1909 aged 64 years. Also his sons. WILLIAM died 6th January 1909 aged 26 years. And HUGH died 15th October 1911 aged 22 years. And JOHN who was killed at battle of Arras 9th April 1917 aged 29 years. JAMES died 10th November 1925 aged 40 years. Also ANNIE, widow of the above. On plinth: HUGH, died 26th September 1939 aged 86 years. Erected by his widow and sons.
