Description

A square plinth of grey granite with sloping top on which a polished black stone has been fixed bearing an inscription in white lettering below an engraved emblem of the Type 21 Frigate club, the latter circled by the names of the Type 21 ships. On the front face of the plinth is an oval-shaped raised section of stone with an engraving of a Type 21 frigate in black. A bench with a dedicatory plaque is alongside.
