- Polished brass plaque, inset in a pillowed oak frame. "The insignia of the Gem of the Forth Tent, I.O.R., surmounts the design, within a wreath of thistles and scroll, coloured with red and blue. A figure of Britannia at the left side holding a wreath of victory in outstretched hand, with the Union Jack also in colour, dominates the design."
