Description
Four stepped octagonal base surmounted by octagonal plinth, slender tapering shaft, and cross with small fleur-de-lis cusps between the arms of the cross. Inscription in relief on bronze plaques on three faces of plinth. Memorial is situated within a stone pillar and chain enclosure.
