- Erected by Kenneth MacKay, Dingwall in memory of his beloved wife Catherine Shaw who died 28th Dec 1891 aged 42 years. Also his son Kenneth who fell in action at Neuve Chapelle 11th March 1915 age 27 years. Also the above Kenneth MacKay who died 19th May 1927 aged 79 years and his daughters, Christina Shaw who died April 1949, Grace Henry MacKay died 1st Sept 1969
