- A framed certificate in the entrance hall to Butterley Railway Station n the Midland Railway Heritage Line. In memory of Sapper Alfred Frederick Amos. 109 Railway Company, Royal Engineers. Died 12 May 1918, aged 32. Prior to his service in the Royal Engineers, Alfred Amos was a Midland Railway Company employee based at Butterley Station, where he worked as a Labourer in the Works and Ways Departments.

- In Memory of Sapper Alfred Frederick Amos, 109 Railway Company, Royal Engineers. Died 12 May 1918, aged 32. Buried at Nine Elms British Cemetery, Poperinge, Belgium. Prior to his service in the Royal Engineers, Alfred Amos was a Midland Railway Company employee, based at Butterley Station, where he worked as a Labourer in the Way an dWorks Department.
