3 decreasing plinths which is topped by a Latin cross. There are inscriptions on the face of the three plinths which have added raised decal lettering.

MARCH 1916 / AND OF NORMAN [LYON-MACKENZIE] YOUNGEST SON OF ABOVE / WHO FELL IN ACTION AT YPRES 13. JUNE 1916, / AGED 26 YEARS. / AND OF KENNETH HIS BROTHER, / BORN 25. AUG. 1888, DIED IN CANADA 20. APRIL 1925 / AND OF FRANCES EMILY, WIFE OF / COLIN LYON-MACKENZIE, / BORN 26. JUNE 1860 - DIED 28. FEBRUARY 1920. / THEIR BELOVED ELDER DAUGHTER MAY (FLORANCE MARIAN), / DIED AT LODI, NEAR MILAN APRIL 1948. / "THOU WILT KEEP THEM IN PERFECT PEACE."
