- Rectangular polished stone plaque with semi-circular top enclosing a plain cross, dedicated to the First World War. Surrounding edges are decorated . Below original plaque is a similar rectangular plaque dedicated to the Second World War. Black Roman lettering on both. There is also an inscribed foundation stone to the right of the door to the Hall, with two stones above the door saying "Memorial Hall".

- IN MEMORY/OF THOSE FROM THIS PARISH WHO LOST THEIR/LIVES IN THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY IN THE/GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918/(NAMES). ALSO THE 1939 - 45 WAR/(NAMES). Inscription on foundation stone to right of front door reads: THIS HALL/WAS ERECTED BY PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTIONS/TO COMMEMORATE/THE GREAT WAR 1914-19/THE SITE WAS KINDLY GIVEN BY H.CLAYTON ESQ./AND THIS STONE WAS LAID BY MRS H CLAYTON/ON 22ND NOV.1919.

- The plaque is thought to have been located in the former Braywood Church, which has been demolished. The external foundation stone lettering is badly eroded. Internal plaque requires cleaning and some lettering needs defining more clearly.
