Description
Oak Board with a triangular top at centre, in which the school coat of arms is painted. All lettering is painted in gold. The war dedication is across the bottom of the board [note that dux medals are a Scottish academic achievement award, nothing to do with war!). There is also a WW2 Book of Remembrance. Because copies were issued to the families of each of the fallen it does not classify as a war memorial in its own right, but is an important part of the memorial scheme as it records the names of the WW2 fallen.
