Pointed arched headstone with floriated borders, with kerbs. Casualty is commemorated on rear of headstone.
Inscription
In proud and loving memory of Pte. George William Harper interpreter (Attached to the Lanc's Fus, 11th Division Hd-Qrs.) youngest Son of C & E Harper, died of wounds received in action Aug. 18th 1917, aged 30 years. Interred at Poperinghe, Flanders./"Duty nobly done." [Note no MI ]
