- The memorial takes the form of an engraved stone plate beneath standards of the Aberbeeg British Legion. A table is laid with other objects of remembrance.
- Inscription
- 'Lest we Forget' 'This Memorial is Dedicated to the Glory of God and to the Brave Men and Women of the Aberbeeg Area who gave their lives in times of conflict for our freedom. 11th November 2001.' Four regimental badges also inscribed.
