- A light coloured rectangular tablet on a large shaped black back board, all resting on a pair of black corbels. The light tablet has a sheathed sword resting on an integral shelf at the top. And an attached carving in the centre underneath. The black lettering is slightly recessed and has a cross in relief at each corner. The black backboard is shaped to accommodate the lower carving. The top is triangular to accommodate a plain cross above the sword.
