Description

Rectangular marble tablet with incised gold lettering. (This memorial tablet has the same inscription, including all four names, that is borne on the original Bath City Police brass memorial plaque that now hangs near it- see WMR 85924)

History

May 2020: Avon & Somerset N.A.R.P.O. have kindly confirmed by email that the memorial is now hanging on the wall under a verandah that runs alongside and overlooks the Memorial Garden./ c2018: At the present time this memorial has been removed from its present site and is being cleaned. A decision is being taken as to when it will be re-sited.
