- Brass Plaque with decorative borders. Lettering is inscribed, mainly in black, but some is in red. There are two small additional brass plaques below the main one for casualties who died after it had been erected, just with their names etc on.

- TO THE GLORY OF GOD/THIS TABLET IS ERECTED IN EVER GRATEFUL MEMORY OF THE UNDERNAMED MEMBERS OF THIS CHURCH/WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES FOR KING AND COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918 AND ALSO AS A/THANK OFFERING FOR FIFTY TWO OTHER MEMBERS WHO AFTER SERVING ON LAND AND SEA WERE SPARED/TO SEE THE VICTORY OF THEIR NATIONS CAUSE/[names]/THEIR GLORY SHALL NOT BE BLOTTED OUT THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE
