Rough hewn obelisk set on a tapering plinth and square base and the whole surrounded by a low stone wall.

1914 - 1918/ ER COF/ AM Y BECHGYN O/ BLWYF LLANASA/ A SYRTHIASANT YN Y/ RHYFEL MAWR/ MEWN ANGOF NI CHANT FOD. (Translation: IN MEMORY OF THE BOYS OF LLANASA PARISH WHO FELL DURING THE GREAT WAR. THEY WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN.)
