Description
Blue letters on a bronze plaque set on a wooden panel that has a wooden hood and a shelf. The decorative plaque border has six enamelled plaques. There are five enamelled plaques on the wooden panel. Each corner of the plaque has an enamel blue and white chequered square. At the low centre there is the enamelled badge of the Rochester diocese. The top centre plaque has five white lilies and two red flowers. On the wooden panel above this there is a blue cross. The wooden panel has four enamelled discs on a white fleur-de-lis on a blue ground.
